General Manager

Committed to fostering a capable team, Blayne prioritizes effective communication for company and project success. Actively engaged in the construction industry, Blayne’s involvement in committees, government relations, and project teams ensures goal achievement, delivering projects that bring clients’ visions to life

Meet Blayne

In addition to spending quality time with his family, Blayne enjoys being in the great outdoors and staying active in his spare time. He loves to cycle, mountain bike, ski, play hockey and is up for almost any adventure that gets him out to the Rocky Mountains of Alberta.

Greg Klassen

Senior Project Manager

Greg’s construction expertise includes his planning and problem-solving abilities. Passionate about continuous learning, Greg ensures clients receive optimal solutions while leading projects with dedication and vision. Adept at maintaining schedules and overcoming challenges, he prioritizes communication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Greg enjoys building relationships with every person he comes across on a day to day basis. His strong family values help make him a real team player. Greg and his wife Jody have two boys that have followed in their dad’s footsteps with a love of woodworking and mechanics. When not at work, they enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hunting, fishing, and dirt biking.

Ryan Olsen

Construction Manager, C.E.T.

Ryan brings extensive experience from both civil engineering and commercial contracting, including roles in field inspection, project management, estimating, and construction coordination. Ryan is actively ensuring effective oversight of projects, from estimates, to planning and preparation, as well as on-site operations.

Outside of work Ryan enjoys spending time on his family’s land camping and hanging out by the creek. He can be found playing card and board games with family, as well as outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, quadding and snowmobiling. He also enjoys helping friends and family with projects and renovations.

John James

Senior Project Manager

John prioritizes genuine partnerships beyond contractual obligations. His collaborative approach fosters innovative solutions in construction. Embracing the industry’s dynamism, he thrives on diverse projects, continually seeking new challenges to advance his professional career and expertise.

John believes in fostering authentic connections beyond contracts in his professional pursuits. He thrives in collaborative environments, unearthing innovative construction solutions. Beyond his successful career, John excelled in diverse ventures, notably leading a top Canadian John Deere dealership. Passionate about martial arts, he’s also represented Canada internationally. John enjoys exploring historical architecture in downtown Lethbridge. Embracing the dynamic nature of construction, he eagerly tackles fresh and distinctive projects.

Anthony Gibson, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Anthony, an instrumental leader in our finance department, expertly crafts our financial strategies. Proficient in creative financing, he passionately aids clients, fostering business growth through strategic planning, meticulous tracking of key performance indicators, and adherence to goal-setting principles. His commitment ensures tailored solutions that drive success.

Like most other bean counters, Anthony is an avid golfer. When he is not crunching numbers or on the golf course, you can find Anthony spending time outdoors camping, hiking or fly fishing with his partner Brianne and two Australian Shepherds. Anthony enjoys giving back to the community through sitting on the Lethbridge-Taber KidSport board, as well as coaching the UTTC national Tae kwon-do team.

Dave Mathieu

Steel Superintendent

Dave Mathieu has been in the construction industry since 1988, and advanced from crew member to Partner at Elevate Construction Partners Inc. His leadership cultivates excellence among project foremen and crews, ensuring quality builds. With over 30 years’ experience, Dave’s notable skill and work ethic ensures success on every project, transforming clients’ visions into reality.
