Estimator

The Estimator is responsible for analyzing project documents and site information to determine accurate labour, material, and time requirements. This role prepares cost estimates, collects subcontractor and vendor pricing, evaluates risks, and supports project planning and proposal development. The position requires strong technical understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Estimators maintain cost data, compare bids, prepare schedules, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. This role works closely with project management, suppliers, and clients to deliver clear, reliable estimates for construction projects.
